Hi, thanks for landing here! I’m Kenia.

A little about me:

Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who really values the little things that help life feel balanced, meaningful, and joyful.

I feel most at home near the water. I love nature, but there’s something especially peaceful about being near the ocean or water. It’s one of my favorite ways to slow down, feel grounded, and recharge.

Pilates is my reset. I love Pilates, especially hot Pilates. Moving my body helps me clear my mind, reconnect with myself, and create a little space from the busyness of everyday life.

Creativity has always been important to me. Whether I’m painting, dancing, or finding another creative outlet, I love having ways to express myself that don’t always require words.

I’m all about experiences with a cozy vibe. Candlelight concerts, relaxing evenings, beautiful spaces, and anything that feels peaceful and intentional are right up my alley. I appreciate experiences that invite you to slow down and simply enjoy the moment.

I genuinely love learning and growing. Personal and professional growth are both incredibly important to me. Whether I’m expanding my skills as a therapist, reading something that gives me a new perspective, or simply learning more about myself, I believe there’s always room to grow.

At the heart of it, I value connection, creativity, balance, and intentional living, both in the work I do and in the life I create outside of it.

How clients experience me.

I feel like I can truly be myself here. Clients often share that therapy feels like a safe, comfortable space where they can speak openly without worrying about being judged.

I finally feel heard and understood. Clients appreciate that I take the time to really listen and understand where they’re coming from, not just what happened, but how it has affected them.

I feel validated, but also challenged when I need it. My approach is supportive and compassionate, while still helping clients look at situations from a different perspective and recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

I leave sessions feeling like I have direction. Clients value having practical tools, new perspectives, and clear next steps they can take with them outside of the therapy room.

I feel comfortable talking about the hard things. Clients often share that they’re able to open up about things they may have had difficulty discussing before because they feel supported and accepted.

The clients I work best with.

I work best with people who are:

Teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity, relationships, and the challenges that come with growing into who they are.

Men and women struggling with anxiety or feeling overwhelmed who want to better understand their emotions, manage overthinking, and feel more grounded and confident.

Clients healing from trauma or difficult past experiences who are ready to understand how the past may still be influencing their emotions, relationships, and choices today.

Individuals navigating relationship challenges or major life transitions, including breakups, family changes, shifting relationships, or periods of uncertainty and change.

Clients who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level by exploring patterns that may be holding them back, building greater self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

If you’re ready to move forward and want to get to the root, we’ll be a great fit.
