Counsollogy: Counseling Designed For You

Evidence-based therapy. Real results. A journey back to the real you.

If you’re here, you’re probably looking for a therapist who feels real. Someone grounded. Someone who listens. Someone who gets it without you needing to translate your entire life story first.

That’s exactly why Counsollogy exists.

At Counsollogy, we believe therapy should feel empowering, honest, evidence-based, and deeply human.

A place where clinical expertise meets genuine connection, and where your story actually matters.

We don’t do cookie-cutter therapy.

We do real conversations, practical tools, and support that helps you create meaningful change you can actually feel.

Because healing isn’t just about surviving what happened to you, it’s about coming back home to yourself and building the life you’re meant to live.

Why Counsollogy Was Created

Counsollogy was created from a simple, but powerful idea:

Therapy should create measurable, lasting change.

After years of watching clients get stuck in therapy that was compassionate but not effective, or “insightful” but not practical, I knew something needed to shift.

So I built a group practice where compassion meets action.

Where clients feel cared for and equipped. Heard and helped. Validated and guided forward.

Healing is both emotional and strategic. Our clinicians combine warmth, empathy, and connection with evidence-based approaches like:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

Mindfulness-based interventions

Somatic and trauma-focused work

We’re here to help you move forward, not just talk about where you’ve been.

At Counsollogy, we focus on progress you can feel, see, and sustain.

Our Specific Modalities

CBT helps you catch the thoughts that are running the show behind the scenes. Once you see the pattern, you can shift it, and suddenly your anxiety, self-doubt, or spiraling has way less power.

A therapy that helps your brain finally file away the stuff that keeps popping up uninvited. Instead of just talking about the past, EMDR helps your system actually process it so it stops hijacking your day.

Think of DBT as emotional training wheels, practical skills for staying steady when your feelings swing hard. It helps you respond instead of react, especially when life feels like “too much.”

ACT teaches you how to stop wrestling with your thoughts and start building a life that matters to you. Instead of trying to “fix” everything inside you, you learn how to move toward what you want with more calm, courage, and flexibility.

This isn’t couples therapy where you rehash the same fight for 45 minutes. Gottman gives you tools, patterns, and insight so you actually understand each other — and stop blowing up over the same three issues.

EFT helps you finally see what’s going on underneath the arguments, shutdowns, or panic. It gets to the emotional root so you can actually feel safer, closer, and more grounded.

We zoom in on the experiences that shaped you and heal them at the root, without forcing you to relive every detail. The goal is relief, clarity, and a life that’s no longer defined by what happened.

This is future-forward therapy for people who are done marinating in the problem. It helps you pinpoint what’s working, build momentum, and move quickly toward the version of life you actually want.

Somatic work helps your body let go of what your mind has been carrying forever. It teaches your nervous system how to unclench so you’re not living like you’re bracing for impact.

We’re here to help you move from insight to action, and from struggle to strength.
