Hi, thanks for landing here! I’m Justyna.
A little about me:
I’m originally from Poland and have been living in the U.S. for the past 8 years.
I love swimming and skiing, being active helps me stay grounded and balanced.
I enjoy reading and always have a book nearby.
I value deep conversations and meaningful connections.
I have a strong interest in neuroscience and how the brain responds to trauma and stress.
I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and supporting underserved communities.
How clients experience me.
Clients often share that they feel calmer after our sessions and, for the first time, truly heard without judgment.
Many tell me they feel genuinely understood, even when it’s difficult to express their thoughts or put their feelings into words.
Clients report gaining clarity and insight, even during times when life feels chaotic or uncertain.
After working together, clients report feeling more hopeful about their future and better able to organize their thoughts when everything feels overwhelming.
Clients often express that our work helps them break long-standing patterns and see themselves with more compassion.
Some have shared that therapy with me feels different, more collaborative, empowering, and tailored to their needs.
The clients I work best with.
I work best with people who are:
Individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of purpose
Highly anxious individuals, trauma survivors, immigrants, and survivors of domestic violence or abusive relationships.
Adults navigating depression, substance use concerns, and major life transitions.
Veterans and individuals living with PTSD, offering a steady, compassionate space for healing and meaningful change.
If you’re ready to move forward and want to get to the root, we’ll be a great fit.
